2008 ride of Hope at Baxter Community Center - Feb 16th

Baxter Snow Riders, a member of the Muskoka Snowmobile Region, was formed in 1990 and has been working to develop excellent trails since. In the past  we were primarily an "Ice Bound" club. Now, with the recent opening of the bridge on the MacDonald River and the new TOP "C" trail we are connected to the North, South  East and West clubs by land.

All of our trails start at the Bressette Home / Muskoka Welcome Center at Port Severn where there is great parking. Food, fuel, and maps are available at H&S SHELL opposite the welcome center.

Get to Bala or Parry Sound via "C" North or to Coldwater via "C"  South. At Coldwater turn east to Orillia/Rama, West to Midland, or continue south to Barrie.

For a great "ice" experience head for Beausoleil Is. and Penetanguishene via Honey Harbour.

Current projects include a land based trail from Port Severn to Honey Harbour.
